IVF Children Acquiring Emirati Citizenship by the Nationality of a Parent (Jus Sanguinis)

Objective. The technology of in vitro fertilization (IVF) opened a new era the treatment infertility but at same time it created challenges for civil and international private law. This concerns issues determining and/or acquiring child citizenship legal conflicts associated with this.
 Materials methods. study examines aspects obtaining UAE through Citizenship Law principle jus sanguinis (right blood) when is acquired by parent’s nationality. research aims to identify whether current legislative regulation meets field family relations against backdrop medical advances IVF. paper considers scope law relationships. above were considered from critical evaluation prospects taking into account potential ways their improvement.
 Results Discussion. problems those born as result IVF are subject discussion, while, practice shows, often does not keep pace development reproductive technologies. Based on analysis practice, summarizes grounds children conceived refusals obtain it.
 Conclusion. recommends mitigating requirement proof paternity condition grant nationality an child, especially case purely errors which father has no responsibility.
